Florida Election Law for 2008 (Vote by Mail Ballot Request)

The deadline for Supervisor of Elections to receive requests for vote by mail ballots to be mailed to an elector.  F.S. 101.62 – no later than 5:00 p.m. on the sixth day before the election.  Civilian ballots shall be mailed 35 - 28 days prior to election day.  Military and Overseas ballots shall be mailed no later than 45 days prior to election day.
